WE PROVIDE A FREE RENT ANALYSIS
We are happy to provide a rental market analysis for your clients as they are looking at investment properties to purchase. We give free advice on hot rental areas, what type of properties rent best and what to stay away from.
WE ASSIST YOUR CLIENTS UNTIL SELLING IS AN OPTION
We assist you with your clients that have a home that they cannot sell right now or don’t want to sell right now. Knowing what they can expect to get in rent for the property might help them make the decision whether to continue to try to sell or pause for a while, rent and then try again later. After the lease term we always send your client back to you when they are ready to try to sell.
WE ARE RESPONSIVE TO YOUR CLIENT
We will be responsive to your client as soon as you refer them to us. We will advise your client on what their property may need to become rent ready and bring top dollar. We will help them prepare the property for rent and get it in advertising quickly.
WE SHOW PROPERTIES 7 DAYS A WEEK
We show properties 7 days a week and thoroughly screen all applicants, including credit score, income, employment verification, check criminal/sex offender and eviction history and references. We will do a thorough move in inspection of the property as well as periodic inspections while the tenant lives in the property. We will then do a very thorough move out inspection of the property once the tenant vacates. Any damages above normal wear and tear will be covered by the security deposit for the owner.
